The Income Opportunity

Percentages are abstract. Below is what this actually pays, per campaign, per month, per year, and over two years.

The Wealth Formula

Your participation grows as the business you create grows.

20%

Build the business

Your participation increases.

30%

Generate exceptional results

Your participation increases again.

60%

Become indispensable

Your income accelerates.

This is not a commission schedule. It is a participation model, designed so that the value you create compounds into the income you receive.

Commission Structure

Progressive participation.

First $200,00020%$40,000
$200,001 to $400,00030%$60,000
Above $400,00060%Unlimited

Rates are marginal, not cliff-based. Each band applies only to the revenue inside it, protecting the business while rewarding exceptional performance without ceiling.

How revenue is calculated

Sale price

The confirmed sale price of the property.

Sellers Reserve fee

1.5% of the sale price, inclusive of all marketing collateral.

Net revenue

The fee received by Sellers Reserve on settled campaigns.

Your commission

Progressive participation applied to annual net revenue.

Top-tier participation is reviewed annually against campaign profitability, client satisfaction and leadership contribution.

The Point

Your income has no ceiling.

Unlike a salaried position, your earning capacity is directly linked to the value you create.

Every relationship you establish. Every campaign you deliver. Every satisfied seller. Every referring agent. Each becomes part of a business that rewards performance rather than tenure.

There is no arbitrary cap on what you can earn, only a direct relationship between the value you create and the income you receive.
